EXHIBITOR SET UP TIMES:
Wednesday, April 25, 2007: 1:00-4:00 PM and 8:00-10:00 PM (Confirmed) Thursday, April 26, 2007: 7:00-8:30 AM (Confirmed) If these time slot presents a challenge for you, please let us know so we will work with you on this. Break down must be completed by 11:30 AM on Saturday morning.EXHIBITOR HALL LOCATION:
Exhibitors will have reserved tables around the perimeter of the Knott's room (which is where most of the Keynote/Plenary Sessions and Thursday night reception will take place) on the 3rd Floor of the hotel. PARKING/LOADING-UNLOADING:
Exhibitors will be required to park on the east side of the hotel at the loading dock (parallel to Grant Street) for loading in and out. There is a security door and an elevator for access to the 3rd floor where the exhibit is being held. The exhibitors may night park and check in the front of the hotel.TRAVEL INFORMATION:
For those that need to make travel arrangements, the closest airport to the hotel is: Orange County, CA also known as Santa Ana/John Wayne Airport -- letters are SNA. The hotel does not provide a free shuttle from the airport, but a listing of ground transportation options are available by visiting the SNA Airport website at www.ocair.com. We have also been informed that Super Shuttle (1-800-bluevan) travels to the Knott's hotel and offer a Knott's Hotel Rate.
